Company Structure

​

This is a bit to get your head around as we have merged the traditional values of sambodhi into a corporation. This translates to a flat structure where everybody works together under the Sicor Umbrella; and Sicor has companies/brands in its group that people turn their attention to. People are rewarded for the impact they make to the group directly proportionate to their impact/solution/effort/idea.

We don’t like to limit people with job titles, so there are only 3 positions within Sicor, although when operating for the companies in the group people may wear different masks such as Software Developer, Recruitment Consultant, account manager, videographer, etc. When at the Sicor level everyone will fall into 1 of the 3 below mentioned positions that helps to remind us what we are doing, creating solutions!

Once a solutions architect has successfully architected solutions in 3 different industries they become a Master Solutions Architect. Retired Architects who still operate within the company as advisors are granted the title Grand Solutions Architect, Grand Solutions Engineers, and Grand Solutions Developers.

Solutions Architect

These are managers of a project, they will often be designing the bigger picture solution. They work similar to a director and are the people that sit on top of certain projects within the company. 

Solutions Engineer 

The architect designs a solution, the engineers help make the solution a reality by building or taking on a part of the process.
